Incredible Home Transformation

I get asked every so often what some of the biggest home transformations have been that we've been a part of. While we have a host of projects that I can reference for incredible transformations, this home on Lake Lavine might be one of the most jaw-dropping! Our clients called us to transform a small, fairly non-descript, two story home into a beautiful, full-time lakeside residence for their retirement.

We began by replacing over half of the first story load bearing walls with LVL beams to open up the home footprint. Then we proceeded to construct additions on all four sides of the home, with the rear addition connecting to an existing detached garage. The lakeside was topped off with an awesome deck and outdoor living space.

The entire interior of the home was gutted, re-designed, and re-finished, bringing modern finishes, new mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, and creating some stunning spaces for our clients to enjoy.

We have worked on numerous projects around this small lake since completing this home, and the most joyous part of this project has been seeing our homeowners enjoy gardening and spending time with their children and grandchildren in their retirement years. It's an honor to be able to help create the spaces in which our clients spend their most precious moments.
