Lou Salge
President

Lou Salge started with Four Seasons Design & Remodeling in 2010 in a design and construction documentation role, became vice president and a co-owner in 2015, and now serves as president and owner. Lou graduated from Lawrence Technological University in Southfield, Michigan in 2010 with a Bachelor of Science in Architecture. Lou carries a Michigan Residential Builders License and has been integral in the expansion and growth of Four Seasons Design & Remodeling. Lou has been involved with the Builders Association of Northeast Indiana since 2012, serving on the Board of Directors since 2013, as Secretary (2014), as Vice President (2015-2016), and as President (2021-2024). In 2018, Lou was selected as a member of the National Kitchen & Bath Association's Thirty Under 30. Lou was also recognized in 2020 as a member of Pro Remodeler Magazine's Forty Under 40, and in 2021 as NAHB’s Young Professional Regional C Winner. Lou currently serves on the Editorial Advisory Board for Kitchen & Bath Business Magazine, a premier national publication dedicated to the kitchen and bath industry. Lou has a strong interest in emerging design and construction methods as well as the development of new products and materials.
Kristi Steffen
Pre-Production Manager

Kristi Steffen joined Four Seasons Design and Remodeling in 2014, adding a valuable skillset in interior design to the team. Kristi earned an AAS degree in Interior Design from IPFW (Purdue) in 1991. Prior to joining the Four Seasons team, Kristi gained 23 years of experience in the building industry at her family-owned lumber company, where her responsibilities included kitchen and bath design, sales, customer service, purchasing, operations management and bookkeeping. She has been active in the Builders Association of Northeast Indiana, having served on the Board of Directors, as PAC Chair and as Builders Parade Chair. Kristi designs all kitchen and bath projects and manages all product and material selections.
Jeff Webster
Production Manager

Jeff Webster began serving Four Seasons Design & Remodeling’s clients as Production Manager in 2023. Jeff came to northeast Indiana with over 20 years of experience in the construction industry. Jeff worked previously as the owner-operator of his own remodeling business in central Indiana and had formerly managed multiple carpentry crews for regional builders. Jeff manages the production team – coordinating schedules and materials, troubleshooting in-field challenges, and ensuring that project objectives are met.
